My path into strategy and operations started with a simple observation: most good ideas fail not because of the idea itself, but because of the execution. The systems aren't in place, the right people aren't aligned, or the work just doesn't get done.
I've spent my career trying to close that gap — in AI and tech companies, in life sciences, and increasingly at the intersection of both. Along the way I've built operating cadences from scratch, designed org structures for rapidly scaling teams, and built automation systems that turn hours of manual work into minutes of reliable execution.
